- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Puff Pastry - 15.9 oz
- Oranges - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Nuts - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay the sheets of dough on a floured surface and thaw. Then stack the sheets on top of each other and roll out into a thin layer. Cut out 3 circles from it. Prick each layer with a fork and bake for 18 minutes at 200°C. Cool the baked layers.
Step 2
Peel the oranges, remove the membranes, and squeeze out the juice. Whip the cream with sugar. Add the orange segments, cottage cheese, and mix everything together.
Step 3
Spread the cream on the layers and assemble the cake.
Step 4
Mix the powdered sugar with 3-4 tablespoons of orange juice. Spread this mixture on the surface of the cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
