Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 35.3 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - 3 lbs
- Fresh Mushrooms - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chinese Five Spice - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cabbage and onion.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms (I used champignons).
Step 3
Sauté all the vegetables in oil in a pan until cooked.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and divide it in half. Place the filling on the first half.
Step 5
Cover the pie with the second layer of dough.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Twenty minutes before it's done, beat the egg and brush it over the pie.
