Description
You can use any berries for the pie. We prepared it with raspberries and black currants.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Almond - 2.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Sort the berries and wash them if necessary.

Sprinkle the remaining dough on top and place it in an oven preheated to 356°F for 40 to 50 minutes.

Allow the finished pie to cool completely on a wire rack.

Serve the crumbly pie with tea.

Chop the almonds finely, but not into a powder.

Sift the flour with the baking powder into a large bowl.

Grate the cold butter using a coarse grater, occasionally dipping it in flour to make it easier to grate and prevent it from clumping together.

Add salt, 40 grams of sugar, and chopped almonds to the bowl.

Mix everything thoroughly by hand until it reaches a crumbly texture.

For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and the remaining sugar.
Step 8
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour half of the batter into it. Evenly spread it across the bottom and gently press it down.

Spread the cottage cheese filling over the dough, and then add the berries on top.
