Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 14.1 oz
- Dill - 3 sprigs
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Aged gouda cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
Separate 1/4 of the dough and roll out both parts into a round shape.
Step 4
Wash and finely chop the cilantro, dill, onion, and garlic.
Step 5
Grate the cheese.
Step 6
Mash the cottage cheese, add the cheese, herbs, and garlic.
Step 7
Evenly spread the mixture on the rolled-out circle of dough (3/4) so that the edges can be folded 2 cm towards the center of the pie.
Step 8
Cover with the rolled-out circle of dough (1/4) and carefully secure it.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on the pastry.
