Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
- Feta cheese - 10.6 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Dry White Wine - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them (add mint stems to the water). Drain the water, cool the potatoes, and cut them. Add chopped mint leaves and cheese, and mix.
Step 2
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out separately. Place one part of the dough on a baking sheet, top with the potato filling, cover with the second part of the dough, and pinch the edges. Cut a round hole in the middle of the top layer. Bake at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the cream, but do not boil, and add the white wine. Remove the pie, carefully pour the cream mixture into the hole, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
