Description

- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 12.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Tear the lavash into small pieces by hand, or cut it with a knife or scissors.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Mix the crushed lavash, salt, grated cheese, and mayonnaise. Knead thoroughly by hand.
Step 5
Spread the mixture in the dish and level it out.
Step 6
Melt the butter and brush it over the top of the achma.
Step 7
Bake on the top shelf of the oven at maximum temperature until a brown crust forms.
Step 8
Serve hot or warm.
