Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 7 pieces
- Adyghe cheese - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 23 fl oz
- Russian Cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the eggs, salt, finely chopped herbs, and milk. Mix well.
Step 2
Place a sheet of lavash on a baking tray, spread with the filling, cover with the next sheet, and so on. The last and top layer should be a sheet of lavash.
Step 3
Leave some filling aside, and place the assembled achma in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
10 minutes before it is done, spread the remaining filling on the top layer and let it brown.
Step 5
Cut the slightly cooled achma into serving pieces.
