Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut flakes - 2.1 oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Sour Cream (10%) - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Egg Yolk - 1 piece
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the apples and cut them into small cubes. Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a skillet on the stove and add a piece of butter. Once the butter melts, add the apples and sauté them briefly, then add water and simmer for about 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add sugar and 2/3 of the cinnamon to the apples. Add the rinsed raisins and mix everything well.
Step 4
Spread sour cream on the lavash, evenly layer the apple mixture on top, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Step 5
Roll the lavash into a log and place it on a baking sheet, brush the top with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
