Use natural cottage cheese, not cottage cheese mass.
Ingredients
- Crumbly Cottage Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except for the butter. The dough will be 'plasticine-like', standard. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
Using flour, roll the dough into sausages the thickness of a thumb.
Step 3
Cut the sausages into 1 cm pieces and sprinkle them with flour to avoid sticking.
Step 4
Boil in a large amount of salted water for 20–25 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the finished lazy dumplings with butter.
Step 6
Serve hot with sour cream or other toppings.
