Lazy Dumplings with Raspberries
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
- Basil - 2 pieces
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Brandy - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 0.7 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Raspberry leaves - 10 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar (1 tablespoon) until the volume doubles.
Step 2
Grate the zest finely and squeeze the juice from half of the orange.
Step 3
Add the egg mixture, orange zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the cottage cheese, and mash everything with a fork.
Step 4
Add 200 grams of flour to the cottage cheese mixture and knead. Dust the work surface with the remaining flour, place the dough, shape it into sausages, and cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Boil water, lightly salt it, and cook the dumplings (once they float, they are ready!).
Step 6
Heat a skillet, add the remaining sugar, pour in the orange juice, and cook to make caramel. Add the brandy, cook a little longer, and pour the caramel over the dumplings. Garnish with raspberries. Enjoy your meal!
