Lazy Rolls without Rice

Ingredients

  • Dried Nori Seaweed - 0.1 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.8 oz
  • Wasabi - 2 teaspoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 4 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Roll the slices of fish into a tube about 1.5 cm thick.

If the nori sheets are large, cut them into rectangles measuring 5x7 cm with a wet knife.

Spread cream cheese on each sheet.
