Lazy Rolls without Rice
Ingredients
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 0.1 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.8 oz
- Wasabi - 2 teaspoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Roll the slices of fish into a tube about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 3
If the nori sheets are large, cut them into rectangles measuring 5x7 cm with a wet knife.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese on each sheet.
Step 5
Season with black pepper.
Step 6
Add wasabi (about a large ball for each sheet).
Step 7
Place the fish on top of each sheet and roll it up.
Step 8
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds on top.
Step 9
Then add a little black sesame seeds.
Step 10
Pour soy sauce into a sauce dish and serve.
