Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
- Puff Pastry - 8.8 oz
- Leek - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry for any baking dish you have.
Step 2
Chop the leeks and sauté them in butter in a skillet. Once they become soft, add the vinegar and stir — the leeks are ready.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Place the pastry in the baking dish. Evenly distribute the leeks, then the tomatoes, and top with cheese (by the way, any cheese can be used. I particularly love Gruyère and goat cheese). Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the edges of the pastry are golden brown.
