Description
Instead of butter, you can use margarine. It's best served in small portions. This recipe is enough for a large baking sheet.

- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 6.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 cups
- Wheat Flour - 2.5 cups
- Lemon - 3 pieces
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar, add 125 grams of melted butter, mix in the cottage cheese, then add the flour and a teaspoon of baking soda, knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands or the bowl, adding more flour if necessary.
Step 2
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Filling: grind the lemons with the peel using a meat grinder, mix with 1 cup of sugar and stir until smooth, then add 1 tablespoon of starch.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5–0.7 mm on a baking sheet, top with the filling and sprinkle with the topping.
Step 5
Topping: 50 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 cups of flour. Mix all ingredients and chop with a knife.
Step 6
Bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes (until golden brown).
