Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine yogurt, softened butter, 1 egg and 1 egg white, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and lemon zest.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add half of the total amount of flour.
Step 5
Mix and pour in the juice of the whole lemon.
Step 6
Add the remaining flour and baking powder.
Step 7
Knead the dough and place it in a bag. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 8
After 20 minutes, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2–3 mm.
Step 9
Cut out a circle and slice it into triangles.
Step 10
Roll each triangle from the wide end to the narrow end.
Step 11
Place in a baking dish and brush with the remaining egg yolk.
Step 12
Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 20 minutes.
