- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Dessert Yogurt - 25.4 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest - 2 teaspoons
- Raspberry leaves - 6.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Freeze the vanilla yogurt in a container.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the sugar (reserve 1 tablespoon), lemon juice, and lemon zest until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
In a blender, whip the frozen yogurt until smooth. Add the lemon syrup and blend again. Divide the mixture into serving cups and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the raspberries with the remaining sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes until juice is released. Drizzle over the frozen yogurt and serve.
