- Orange zest - 1.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 fl oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 2.3 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 5.3 oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 482°F. Mix the mascarpone and sugar in a food processor. Blend well, then add the zest and juice. Blend again until well combined.
Step 2
Crush the cookies in a bowl and add the softened butter, mixing well to form a thick layer for the base. Then transfer the filling, smooth it out, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the powdered sugar onto a plate and slice the lime into rounds. Dust the pieces on both sides with the powdered sugar.
Step 4
Transfer the lime slices to the baking sheet and place them in the oven for 30 minutes until caramelized and golden. Transfer to a dish and cool.
Step 5
Remove the pie from the mold and top it with the caramelized limes.
