- Sugar - 1½ glasses
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2.5 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Boiling water - 1 glass
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ½ glasses

Step 1
Carefully cut the zest from the lemon into small pieces and transfer it to a bowl. Add sugar and mint, pour boiling water over everything, cover, and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain and cool.
Step 2
Add lemon juice. Stir well and freeze in an ice cream maker or a container in the freezer for about 6 hours, stirring the mixture every 40 minutes.
