- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add the butter, lemon zest, and juice of one lemon, and mix well.
Step 2
Add one cup of flour, add the baking powder, and mix.
Step 3
Pour in the milk, stir, and add the remaining flour. Mix thoroughly again.
Step 4
Spoon the batter into a mold, place it in a preheated oven at 392°F, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
