  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the semolina with kefir and let it sit for 30 minutes to swell.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Grate the lemon on a coarse grater along with the zest.
