- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 4 pieces
- Honey - 3 spoons
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Vodka - 4 fl oz

Step 1
Combine sugar with six hundred milliliters of water in a saucepan, and add the chili, sliced into half-rings. Place the saucepan on the heat to bring it to a boil. After five minutes of boiling and stirring, the syrup is ready.
Step 2
Now squeeze the juice of four lemons into the mixture, add the zest of four lemons, incorporate honey, mix well, transfer to a container, and place it in the freezer for three hours.
Step 3
Then remove the container, transfer the contents to a deep bowl, mix with a fork and egg white, and place it in the freezer until needed. When serving, add half a shot of vodka to each cup of sorbet.
