- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Almond - 0.7 oz
- Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz

- Lemon - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, melt the butter and mix it with the flour, almonds, 40 g of sugar, and the vanilla pulp.
Step 2
Line the baking tray with parchment paper or grease it with fat. Spread the dough evenly.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Step 4
Reduce the oven temperature to 150°C.
Step 5
To prepare the filling, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, and flour. Add the eggs, juice, and zest, and mix thoroughly. Evenly spread the mixture over the cake layer and bake for 15 minutes. The mixture should firm up but not turn brown.
Step 6
Let the baked cookies cool in the pan, then remove them from the pan and cut into pieces.
