- Raspberry leaves - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ piece
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time.
Step 2
Then pour in the milk, add the flour with baking powder and the lemon zest.
Step 3
Pour half of the batter into a baking dish, place the raspberries on top, and cover with the remaining batter.
Step 4
Bake for 40–50 minutes at 374°F.
Step 5
Cool the pie, remove it from the pan, and serve dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with fresh berries.
