Light Boiled Omelette
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Put a pot of water on to boil.
Step 2
In the meantime, beat the eggs with salt using a mixer until frothy.
Step 3
Add the milk and beat again.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into baking bags (I used 2 plastic bags), tie them, leaving a little air inside.
Step 5
Submerge in boiling water, without covering, and leave for 30 minutes (do not stir or flip the bag).
Step 6
After 30 minutes, remove the cooked omelette from the bag and cut it. (It does not stick and comes out easily). Enjoy your meal!
