Description

You can't taste the prunes at all! This results in a low-fat dessert with a pronounced chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Prunes - 2.1 oz
  • Oat flakes - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Oats - 1.8 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 0.9 oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder - 0.9 oz
  • Potato protein - ½ teaspoon
  • Stevia Extract - 0 fl oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 4.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grind the almonds in a blender to a flour (if you have oats, grind them together with the almonds).

Step 2

Add yogurt, egg whites, starch, sweetener, and cocoa powder to the blender. Blend everything again.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (I used a silicone one, nothing sticks to it). Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 338°F.

Step 4

After baking, let it cool, remove from the dish, and cut into 10 portion-sized pieces.
