Ingredients

  • Bananas - 1 piece
  • Dry Curd - 17.6 oz
  • Semolina - 1.8 oz
  • Condensed Milk - 1.1 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 0.7 oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes - 0.7 oz
  • Unbleached flour crackers - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese with the ripe banana.

Step 2

Soak the dates and raisins in boiling water, then dry them on a paper towel.

Step 3

Add semolina, baking soda, and salt to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Add the dates and raisins to the mixture.

Step 5

Coat in unbleached flour (the pancakes may be very delicate depending on the cottage cheese).

Step 6

Fry in clarified butter on each side for 3–4 minutes over low heat.

Step 7

Place the fried pancakes in the oven (5 minutes at 302°F).

Step 8

After baking, let them 'rest' for a couple of minutes and serve with condensed milk.
