  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 1.4 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Egg white - 2 pieces

Melt the dark chocolate (at least 70%) in a water bath, add the powdered sugar, and let it cool slightly.

Step 2

Add the egg yolks to the chocolate and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 4

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture in small portions, then distribute the prepared mousse into serving cups or glasses.

Step 5

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours. Serve garnished with raspberries or whipped cream.
