- Clear Apple Juice - 1 piece
- Pears - 1 piece
- Pistachios - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Peel the apple and pear.
Step 2
Cut the apple into small cubes (0.5 cm). It is better to use a special grater for this purpose.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped apple and stir the pieces in the melted butter.
Step 4
While the apples are frying, quickly cut the pear in the same way and add it to the apples. Next, add sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
Step 5
Gently stirring the mixture, simmer over medium heat until the fruits are half-cooked (5-7 minutes). Add the maple syrup and simmer in the pan for another five minutes over low heat.
Step 6
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Serve the warm fruit mixture on dessert plates with pieces of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your meal!
