Light Rolls with Kiwi and Honey Sauce
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 1.8 oz
- Mint Leaves - 0.6 oz
- Honey - 4 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 teaspoons
- Kiwi - 4 pieces
- Rice Paper - 8 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 0.3 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the kiwi, cut it in half lengthwise, and then slice it thinly crosswise.
Step 2
Cook the rice noodles in boiling water until done. Rinse under cold water and drain well. Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped mint and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix the remaining honey, lime juice, chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl.
Step 4
Soak the rice paper in warm water for 30 seconds and place it on a work surface.
Step 5
On the paper, arrange the kiwi, noodles, and sprinkle with peanuts. Fold the edges and roll tightly.
Step 6
Before serving, cut slightly diagonally in half and serve with the prepared sauce.
