Description
For the filling, you can use mascarpone cheese instead of cottage cheese. If the pancakes are very thin, wrap them in several layers instead of just one to make the rolls denser and less likely to tear. You can find the pancake recipe here: http://eda.ru/desserts/recipe35870/thin-pancakes-on-mineral-water
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Pineapple - 3.5 oz
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Strawberry - 10 pieces
- Thin Crepes - 6 pieces
- Chocolate shavings - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the sour cream, and mix well.
Step 2
Wash the fruits, peel the kiwi and pineapple, and remove the stems from the strawberries. Cut the kiwi and pineapple into strips, and quarter the strawberries.
Step 3
Place a strip of the cottage cheese mixture about 1/3 from the edge of the pancake. Next to it, lay the fruits and roll the pancake tightly. Repeat this process with the remaining pancakes and filling, then refrigerate them for 1–1.5 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, cut the rolls into equal small pieces, arrange them on a plate, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and serve.
