Lime and Papaya Sorbet
Ingredients
- Papaya - 2 pieces
- Lime - 1 piece
- Tonic Water - 3 fl oz
- Angostura Bitters - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds, then peel and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Juice the lime.
Step 3
Blend the papaya with the lime juice until smooth.
Step 4
Mix with tonic water, adding bitters if desired.
Step 5
Place in an ice cream maker and churn until fully frozen, or put in a plastic container in the freezer and stir every hour.
Step 6
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Before serving, you can slightly soften it in a blender.
