Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 7.1 oz
- Egg Yolk - 3 pieces
- Lime - 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.4 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the zest of three limes, the juice of all five limes, 2 yolks, and condensed milk using a mixer attachment.
Step 2
Prepare the shortcrust pastry (mix using half the ingredients: flour - 125 g, yolk - 1 piece, room temperature butter - 50 g, water - 20 ml, sugar - 40 g, vanilla extract - 5 ml, a pinch of salt) and spread it in a baking mold for a multi-cooker, making the edges as high as possible. Prick with a fork and bake in the multi-cooker at 180°C for about 10 minutes. To make it easier to remove, you can line the mold with parchment paper.
Step 3
Once the pastry is ready, pour in the sweet lime mixture and bake for 35 minutes at 150°C. Remove and enjoy a slice of the most aromatic pie with tea.
