Lingonberry Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Milk - 1 qt
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Black Currant Jam - 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Prepare the sour cream dough. For this, rub 0.5 cups of sugar with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of softened butter. Mix the sour cream with the milk and baking soda. Combine both mixtures and, while stirring continuously, add 3.5 cups of flour.
Step 3
Divide the resulting dough into 6 parts and roll them out thinly. Bake the layers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool.
Step 4
Prepare the cream. For this, rub 0.5 cups of sugar with 2 eggs, add 2 tablespoons of milk, and whip the mixture. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat, and while stirring constantly, add the egg mixture. Heat again until the cream thickens. Remove the cream from heat, add softened butter and vanillin. Divide the cream into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part and crushed lemon to the other.
Step 5
Assemble the cake by layering the cake layers, alternating lemon cream, lingonberry jam, and cocoa cream. Spread jam on the surface of the cake and cover with melted chocolate.
Step 6
Place the finished cake in the refrigerator overnight.
