Description

- Lingonberry - 2 lbs
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Water - 5 tablespoons

Step 1
Wash the berries, add water, and cook until soft.
Step 2
Mash the hot berries with a pestle and strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Add sugar to the resulting puree. Once it dissolves, reduce the puree until it reaches a thick jam consistency and pour it into molds lined with paper or plastic wrap.
Step 4
Cut the set candy into squares and roll in sugar or powdered sugar.
