Lingonberry Pie

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream - 7.8 oz
  • Sugar - 4.9 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 1 glass
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Semolina - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh-frozen lingonberry - 0,7 glasses
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grease a 26 cm (10 inch) springform pan with butter and dust it with flour. Beat 2 eggs with a mixer until fluffy, then add 100 g of sugar and vanilla sugar, and beat again.

Step 2

Now add sour cream and melted butter to the batter and beat again with a mixer. Mix the baking powder with the flour, sift it, and gradually fold it into the batter using a spoon. Pour the batter into the baking pan.

Step 3

For the filling, puree the cottage cheese using a blender. Add one egg and 40 grams of sugar to the cottage cheese, along with vanilla sugar or vanillin, and blend again. Mix in the semolina and combine everything well.

Step 4

Carefully pour the filling into the center of the pan. Sprinkle the pie with lingonberries on top and place it in the oven. Bake the pie at 392°F for about 40–50 minutes. Now turn off the oven and let it cool completely inside.
