Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 28.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 10.6 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the liver and remove the membranes — it's quite a tedious job. Chop the liver in a blender.
Step 2
Add milk, eggs, flour, vegetable oil, and salt, and mix well. Pour the batter into a preheated skillet and bake pancakes, frying on both sides.
Step 3
You only need to grease the skillet with oil for the first pancake; the rest will separate thanks to the oil in the batter.
Step 4
Grate the carrot, slice the onion into half-rings, season everything with salt, and sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Take the fried pancakes one by one, spread mayonnaise on them, and layer with onion and carrot, then cover with the next pancake.
Step 6
Finally, coat the cake with mayonnaise and let it cool. This cake can be eaten warm, but I prefer it cold.
