- Veal Liver - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - to taste
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step 1
Grind the liver in a meat grinder. It is preferable to do this when it is not completely thawed. Add flour to the ground liver until you achieve a thick batter consistency (it should resemble the batter for regular pancakes). Then add the egg, salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Fry in vegetable oil. It is advisable to place the batter in the pan using a tablespoon, so the pancakes turn out small, like little cutlets, and cook evenly.
