- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Brandy - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the liver, onion, and garlic through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 3
Add the yolks, flour, salt, spices, honey, and alcohol to the liver-onion-garlic mixture and mix everything.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture, mixing everything again.
Step 5
Fry in a pan like classic pancakes, using a tablespoon or small ladle to scoop the mixture.
