Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
- Salt - 1.4 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Water - 1 qt
- Beans - 17.6 oz
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, and yeast, then knead the dough while gradually adding water.
Step 2
Cover the dough and place it in a warm place.
Step 3
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and let it rest for 30 minutes, then punch it down again and divide into 150 g pieces.
Step 4
For the filling: boil the beans until cooked, drain the water, and let them dry.
Step 5
Dice the onion finely, sauté it, then dry it and add it to the beans.
Step 6
Pass everything through a meat grinder and season to taste with spices.
Step 7
Roll out the resulting dough into a pancake shape.
Step 8
Place the filling in the center, then cover it with another pancake of dough.
Step 9
Seal the edges of the dough well.
Step 10
Roll out and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 500°F.
