Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Water - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10 pieces
- Onion - ½ piece
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix flour, butter, eggs, a pinch of salt, and three tablespoons of water, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the boiled chicken into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half. Chop and sauté the mushrooms and onion.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180–392°F. Grease the baking dish with butter.
Step 4
Spread the dough in the baking dish and press it down with your fingertips to make it even and not too thick.
Step 5
Transfer the filling (chicken, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes) onto the dough in the baking dish.
Step 6
Prepare the filling: beat the cream, cheese, and two eggs with a mixer, pour it into the baking dish, and bake in the oven for 20–30 minutes or until a golden crust forms.
