Ingredients

  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Water - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - ½ spoons
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Champignons - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Spices - to taste
  • Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the butter with the egg, add water, salt, and flour, and knead until you have a smooth dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Boil the chicken breast until cooked through, chop it, sauté the mushrooms with onions until done, add salt, ground pepper, and nutmeg, along with the chicken fillet, mix everything together, and turn off the heat.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a 23 cm springform pan with butter, roll out the dough, transfer it to the pan, shape the edges, then spoon the filling onto the dough and smooth it out.

Step 4

Lightly beat the eggs with a fork, add the cream and cheese, mix well, and evenly pour the resulting mixture over the filling.

Step 5

Bake the pie for 35–40 minutes. Then remove the rim, transfer the pie to a cooling rack, and let it cool.
