Low-Calorie Cottage Cheese and Apple Casserole

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Cottage cheese - 7.8 oz
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Vanillin - to taste
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Fiber - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the cottage cheese with the egg and fiber, then add cinnamon and vanillin to the mixture.

Step 2

Slice the apple into thin wedges.

Step 3

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 4

Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture in the dish, evenly distribute it, and place the apple wedges on top. Then add another layer of the cottage cheese mixture and decorate with apple slices.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon. Optionally, you can also sprinkle with walnuts.
