Description
If desired, you can add a sugar substitute, but I find it sweet enough without it :) It's best enjoyed with some fruit or low-fat yogurt to avoid dryness 👍 You can also whip cottage cheese with dried apricots, prunes, and raisins and spread it on top of the pancake. Delicious treats can be both indulgent and healthy, and they won't stick to your sides:-)

- Egg whites - 3 pieces
- Protein powder - 1.1 oz
- Oatmeal - 3 tablespoons

The recipe is very simple) And the main thing is the excellent combination of complex carbohydrates and proteins. I take three tablespoons of oatmeal, egg whites (I have them in a bottle, originally without yolks, but approximately the equivalent of 3 regular eggs), and a scoop of protein, I have strawberry flavor.
Step 2
I blend all the ingredients with a blender until I reach a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 3
Next, in a non-stick skillet, cook on both sides without oil! On low heat, or it will burn.
