Description
You can use regular cottage cheese and milk, and instead of a sugar substitute, use powdered sugar equivalent to 15 tablespoons of sugar. However, this will no longer be a low-calorie dish for those on a diet who are craving something sweet.
Ingredients
- Gelatin - 0.9 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 7 fl oz
- Sugar Substitute - 15 pieces
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
- Poppy seed paste - 1.1 oz
- Blackberry - 1.8 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 1.8 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 spoons
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 200 grams of water into a liter-sized pot and add the gelatin. Let it sit for 40 minutes.
Step 2
If the berries are frozen, spread them out on a plate in a single layer. They won't completely thaw in 40 minutes, but that's actually better.
Step 3
After 40 minutes, place the swollen gelatin over low heat and dissolve it without bringing it to a boil.
Step 4
In a pot with gelatin, pour in the milk and cottage cheese. Add the crushed sweetener tablets, vanillin, and 20 grams of poppy seeds. Mix everything until you have a smooth consistency.
Step 5
You can use a round cake pan with a removable side or a glass bowl. If using a glass bowl, you will need to invert it and remove the cake after it has set. To do this, sprinkle the bottom, which has been moistened with water, with the remaining poppy seeds and cinnamon.
Step 6
Gently pour the cheese and milk mixture into the mold, and even more carefully place the berries on top, distributing them evenly. Drizzle with lime juice.
Step 7
The cake will set in a regular refrigerator in 3 hours.
