  • Raw cane sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 2 spoons
  • Orange zest - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease the madeleine mold with butter and dust it with flour, shaking off any excess flour.

Step 2

Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Gradually fold in the flour, then add the softened butter and grated zest. Pour into a mold, leaving space for rising. Bake for 12 minutes or less, depending on the size, until lightly golden and soft. Remove from the mold and let cool.
