- 10% cream - 10 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Dry yeast - 3 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips - 15 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In 10 tablespoons of cream, dissolve 3 teaspoons of dry yeast, add 100 grams of flour, and mix. The dough will be crumbly.
Step 2
Melt 100 grams of butter and add it to the flour with the yeast. Mix well. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
In 4 eggs, add 4 tablespoons of sugar, mix well, and add to the flour with melted butter, mixing until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.
Step 4
Then add 15 tablespoons of rosehip syrup to the dough, mix, and add 4 teaspoons of lemon juice, mixing again.
Step 5
Spoon the dough into madeleine molds and place in an oven preheated to 356°F for 7 to 10 minutes. When the madeleine cookies are removed from the oven, let them cool in the mold for 3 to 5 minutes; the cookies will be soft and airy. Then gently remove them from the mold and place them on a plate. Refrigerate.
