Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 teaspoons
- Rooibos Tea Bags - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar, and mix well. Add 100 g of flour and mix until smooth. Add 5 teaspoons of tea from the tea bags with a berry flavor (for this, cut open about 3 tea bags).
Step 2
Melt 100 g of butter.
Step 3
Add honey (3 tablespoons) and lemon juice (4 teaspoons) to the mixture with eggs, flour, and tea, and mix. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon the batter into madeleine molds and bake for 7–10 minutes at 356°F.
