Ingredients
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Semolina - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Ghee - 6 tablespoons
- Canned Peaches - 21.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the water and dissolve the sugar in it.
Step 2
Mix the semolina with the flour.
Step 3
Add the ghee and knead the dough. At this stage, the dough should resemble bread crumbs.
Step 4
Pour the sweet water through a sieve. Knead the dough.
Step 5
Form about 15 balls from the dough and place a piece of peach in the center of each.
Step 6
Fry the balls in hot oil.
Step 7
When the balls turn light brown, drain them on a strainer. Serve with whipped cream, sour cream sauce, or peaches.
