Description
Dried apricots and mango should not be overly dried.
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.6 oz
- Mango - 5.3 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Dried Apricots - 6.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Break the milk chocolate into pieces and place it in a bowl over a water bath. Melt, stirring, for 4–5 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat. Dip the mango pieces halfway into the chocolate one by one and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a water bath. Remove from heat and dip the apricots halfway. Place them on the baking sheet and let everything cool, allowing the chocolate to set.
