Ingredients
- Canned Peaches - 1 can
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Almond - 1 cup
- Coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drain the mango in a colander and let it drip.
Step 2
Peel the bananas.
Step 3
Slice the bananas into rounds.
Step 4
Mix the almond flour and coconut flour together.
Step 5
Combine the eggs and sugar, then mix thoroughly with the flour.
Step 6
Spread half of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Place the banana slices on top of the batter.
Step 8
Add the mango pieces on top.

Spread the remaining batter over the top.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour.
