Mango-Lime Sorbet
Ingredients
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Water - 12 fl oz
- Mango - 2 lbs
- Lime Juice - 2 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water, bring to a boil, and cook until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3
Meanwhile, blend the mango pieces in a blender until pureed. Then strain through a sieve — you should have about 480 ml of puree. Mix with the lime juice and sugar syrup.
Step 4
Transfer to an ice cream maker or a container and place in the freezer until set, stirring every 45 minutes.
